Initiating the Guarantee

Engaging with our technical support team prior to product selection is crucial for activating the guarantee. This initial consultation facilitates the registration of your purchase ID, thereby enabling the activation of your guarantee. For customers already acquainted with the product’s features, the guarantee is activated automatically.

Guarantee Coverage Includes

  • Any discrepancies between your test results and the claims made in our product manuals.
  • The requirement to report defects or damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Instances of dissatisfaction with the quality of our product.

Exclusions from Guarantee Coverage

  •  Application of products in manners not endorsed or specified by Amorph.
  • Failure to adhere to the recommended storage conditions as per the product’s buffer and enzyme labels.
  • Disregard for product usage guidelines, leading to misuse.
  • Delay in reporting product defects or damages beyond the 48-hour window after delivery.

Methods of Guarantee Fulfillment

  • Guarantee entitles you to a replacement of components.
  • In certain cases, a full product replacement is offered under the guarantee.
  • A refund may be provided as an alternative resolution under the guarantee.

Note: The method of resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis by our technical support team.

Assistance Outside the Scope of Guarantee

  • Uninterrupted phone support is guaranteed to every customer, with the aim of resolving issues comprehensively.
  • VIP customers enjoy complimentary expert onsite support. Other customers can avail of onsite expert assistance, provided transportation and accommodation costs are covered.
  • Where possible, we replicate customer experiment conditions within our R&D lab for customized support.

Guarantee Response Timeline

  •  The timeframe for addressing and executing guarantee claims is product and issue-dependent, typically ranging from 1 to 5 working days.
